Terms governing the pre-launch waitlist and the planned commercial license.
These terms represent an operational draft and do NOT constitute formal legal advice. Review with a legal professional before commercial release.
01.Pre-Launch Status & Waitlist Terms
AgentLaunch is currently in active development and has not yet launched.
Joining the waitlist expresses interest in the project. It does not constitute a sale, a contract for sale, or a guarantee of a specific launch date, final pricing, feature set, or repository access.
Any early-bird discounts or promotional offers mentioned during the waitlist phase are offered entirely at my discretion.
02.Planned License Tiers (Post-Launch)
When AgentLaunch officially launches, commercial licenses will be offered under the following rule set:
Licensed to 1 individual developer. Grants rights to create unlimited personal projects and commercial applications.
Licensed to up to 5 developers within an organization or agency, including client work for agencies.
03.Licensee Limits & Restrictions
Any license granted is non-transferable and cannot be sublicensed. Under any license tier, you may NOT:
- Share private GitHub repository access, repository invitations, or repository credentials with individuals outside your authorized license tier.
- Resell, redistribute, license, or publicly publish the source code or substantial portions thereof.
- Use the source code to build, distribute, or sell a competing starter kit, template, component library, or boilerplate product.
04.Ownership & Intellectual Property
I retain full copyright and ownership of the original AgentLaunch architecture, code, and documentation. Third-party open-source dependencies (such as FastAPI, Next.js, LangChain, Supabase libraries, Pydantic, etc.) remain governed by their respective open-source licenses.
05.Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
[TODO: Lawyer Review Required]The software and documentation are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall I (Yogesh) or AgentLaunch be liable for any claim, damages, lost profits, data loss, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or your use of the software.
06.Termination
Your commercial license terminates automatically if you breach any provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all further distribution of products built using the software, and your access to the private GitHub repository may be revoked immediately.
07.Updates and Support Scope
Lifetime Updates: Where "lifetime updates" is referenced, it refers to bug fixes, dependency updates, and improvements released for the active commercial life of the AgentLaunch product, for as long as I continue to maintain it.
Support: Standard support covers technical inquiries regarding setup and boilerplate bugs submitted via email to [email protected]. Support does not include bespoke application development, custom consulting, or guaranteed response-time SLAs unless explicitly agreed in writing.
08.Payments and Refunds
At launch, purchases will be processed through Dodo Payments as the authorized Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Dodo Payments' checkout terms and conditions.
Refund Policy: 14-day refund if the template code does not work as described in the documentation, processed via Dodo Payments. During the pre-launch waitlist phase, no payments are collected and no refund requests apply.
09.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
Changes to These Terms & Contact
I reserve the right to modify these pre-launch terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this URL.
