02.What I Collect Now (Waitlist Phase)

Currently, AgentLaunch is in pre-launch. When you browse the website or submit the waitlist form, I collect:

• Email address: Provided by you on the waitlist signup form.
• What you're building: Optional text feedback you share to help shape boilerplate features.
• Signup metadata: Date and timestamp of registration.
• Referral context: Referral parameters (e.g. ?ref= or utm_source) indicating where you discovered the site.
• Anonymous website analytics: Aggregated, non-personal metrics collected via Plausible Analytics.
• Technical network data: Technical connection data that Cloudflare processes to serve, cache, and protect the site against abuse (including Cloudflare Turnstile bot challenges on forms).

03.Why I Collect This Data & Legal Basis

I process your waitlist information for the following specific purposes:

• Sending you an initial waitlist confirmation email.
• Sending occasional build-in-public development milestones and product launch announcements.
• Using your optional feedback about what you are building to prioritize which Python libraries, templates, and features to build first.

Legal Basis: The processing of your email and feedback is based on your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting me.

04.Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or used for third-party marketing purposes. It is shared strictly with the infrastructure providers necessary to operate the waitlist and site:

• Supabase: Cloud database provider used to securely store waitlist records.
• Resend: Transactional email service used to dispatch waitlist confirmation messages.
• Cloudflare: Hosting, DNS resolution, edge routing, DDoS protection, and Turnstile bot protection.
• Plausible Analytics: Lightweight, privacy-focused website traffic reporting.

05.Data Retention & Your Rights

Retention period: Stored for the duration of the pre-launch waitlist plus 6 months, or until you unsubscribe or request permanent deletion.

Every waitlist email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your waitlist information at any time.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. I will review and respond to all verified requests within 30 days.

06.Where Data is Stored

Waitlist database records are hosted in AWS us-east-1 (via Supabase). Data may also be processed in other countries where the infrastructure providers listed in Section 04 operate servers and data centers.

07.Website Analytics (Plausible)

I use Plausible Analytics on this website to count visitor numbers and popular pages. According to Plausible, their software operates without using cookies and does not track users across websites or devices.

08.Security

I use reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect your email address and waitlist submissions, including encrypted HTTPS connections and authenticated database access via secure keys. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and I cannot provide an absolute guarantee of security.

09.Purchase & Customer Data (At Launch)

At launch this page will be updated to cover purchase data. Payments will be handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; I will receive limited buyer details (such as email, name, country and GitHub username).

10.No Telemetry in the Codebase Template

The AgentLaunch codebase template is intended to ship with no analytics or phone-home requests, and this will be confirmed in the launch version.

The template runs on your own infrastructure, so I do not receive your API keys, documents or end-user data.
